Secondly, Kannen en Kruiken symbolises the special regional products and ingredients unique to Delft. In the past, pitchers – kruiken in Dutch – were used to store treats, which were then shared out, bringing people together. Following this tradition, Kannen en Kruiken brings the flavours and people of Delft together. Last but not least, Kannen en Kruiken offers table service, which is unique in Dutch hospital restaurants.
